Cancellation policy
Truvana Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Effective: August 22, 2026
Overview
This Subscription & Cancellation Policy applies to subscription purchases governed by this version of the policy through Truvana.
A Truvana subscription is a recurring purchase. When a customer enrolls in a subscription, the customer's selected payment method will be charged automatically according to the billing frequency and price disclosed during enrollment until the subscription is cancelled.
Customers should review the subscription terms, recurring price, billing frequency, and cancellation requirements before completing their purchase.
Subscription Enrollment
Where an order includes subscription enrollment, the recurring nature of the purchase is disclosed during the purchase process.
By completing a subscription purchase and accepting the applicable subscription terms, the customer authorizes Truvana to charge the payment method provided for the initial transaction and subsequent recurring renewals until the subscription is cancelled.
Customers may also receive confirmation communications containing information about their subscription after enrollment.
Recurring Billing
Active subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Each successful renewal authorizes the creation and fulfillment of the applicable subscription order.
Customers remain responsible for managing or cancelling their subscription before the applicable cancellation deadline if they do not want the next renewal to process.
Billing Frequency
Subscriptions are billed according to the recurring billing schedule disclosed when the customer enrolls.
For subscriptions operating on a 30-day billing cycle, the payment method associated with the subscription is generally charged every 30 days according to the subscription schedule.
The customer's subscription portal may display the next scheduled billing date.
Subscription Price
The applicable recurring subscription price is disclosed during enrollment.
Introductory offers, promotional discounts, free gifts, or other first-order incentives may apply only to the initial purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.
Future subscription renewals may therefore differ from the customer's initial promotional purchase price where the standard recurring price was properly disclosed during enrollment.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges may also apply.
How to Cancel
Customers may cancel their subscription through either of the following available methods:
-
Through the subscription management portal; or
-
By emailing support@truvana.ca
When contacting support, customers should provide sufficient information for us to identify their subscription, such as their full name, email address, or order number.
Cancellation Deadline
To prevent the next scheduled subscription renewal, cancellation must be completed or received at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
A cancellation request received after the applicable cutoff may not prevent a renewal that has already entered billing or processing.
Customers are encouraged to cancel as early as possible before their next scheduled renewal.
Cancellation After a Renewal
Cancelling a subscription after a renewal has already been processed does not automatically reverse or refund that completed renewal.
For example, if a subscription renewal successfully processes and the customer subsequently requests cancellation, the cancellation will stop applicable future renewals but does not by itself invalidate the renewal that occurred before the cancellation request.
The date and time that a cancellation is completed or received may be retained as part of the customer's subscription record.
Cancellation Confirmation
When a subscription is successfully cancelled, customers may receive a cancellation confirmation.
Customers should retain cancellation confirmations for their records.
The subscription management system and available customer-support records may also record the date and time associated with a cancellation request.
Subscription Renewal Refunds
A subscription renewal that was validly processed before a timely cancellation was completed or received is generally non-refundable once processed, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Truvana determines that a billing, fulfillment, or other qualifying error occurred.
A cancellation made after a renewal does not automatically make the previous renewal refundable.
For additional refund terms, please review the applicable Refund, Return & Subscription Policy.
Subscription Modifications
Where available, customers may be able to:
-
Pause a subscription
-
Skip an upcoming shipment
-
Modify eligible subscription options
-
Cancel future renewals
Changes intended to affect an upcoming renewal should be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
Changes requested after the applicable cutoff may take effect beginning with the following subscription cycle.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled subscription payment is declined, the payment may be retried where permitted by the applicable payment and subscription systems.
A subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be successfully processed.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information for an active subscription.
